I have downloaded the Home Banking program but I do not see it.
What you are looking for is an icon that looks like this.

I do not see the icon.

Click on on Start
Click on Find
Type in Setup117.exe
Change Look in: to your main drive
Click Find Now
You should find it in the window like this example.
Click on Setup117.exe in the window, holding down the mouse button and the shift key drag the program over to the Desktop and let go.
You should see the icon on you Desktop.

I see the icon but when I click on it nothing happens.
Try double clicking.
