Early Withdrawal Penalty: Any funds withdrawn before the maturity date will be assessed a penaltyequal to 35% of the dividendsthat would be earned by those funds during the entire term. There will be no early withdrawal penalty if the holder should die before the certificate matures.
Dividends earned will be paid at the end of each month and disbursed as directed by the holder.
Funds from Certificates will be deposited into regular shares on the maturity date unless other arrangements are made.
